What is more those attending the meeting on September 29th were pretty pleased with her judging techniques, She showed she knew her photography, was lavish in her praise and not caustic in her criticisms but awarded marks over a good wide range in each of the three classes --- beginners, intermediate and advanced. |
||||
| Maggie particularly praised the work of those in the beginners' section and forecast a good future for the club with the depth of talent shown. She also included some nice anecdotes and managed to comment on nearly 70 prints in 135 minutes. The new print boards were used for the first time and obviating the need for pinning the prints up successfully housed the prints displaying the beginners and intermediates before the interval and the advanced after. | |||||
| A teacher herself Maggie seemed particularly keen on the close cropped hair style shown in the portrait Teacher Peter saying she found it quite sexy. | ![]() |

| Will this lead to a visit to the barbers for some of the more senior members? | |||||
